Expanded Polystyrene (EPS)

EPS is a foam product that can be crafted into just about any shape. The board can be layered, routed, and cut to create reveals, panels or simulated stonework, as well as larger or more detailed elements, such as window/door arches, columns or sculpted forms. Many stock profiles/forms are available, but if needed your shape can be custom built. EPS can be finished for interior or exterior use in a variety of styles: sand, faux concrete, interior (smooth), rough stone (Old World texture), or faux limestone.

Polyurethane

Polyurethane is a high-density, closed-cell material that is molded into a desired shape. It resists rot, mildew, insects, warping and splintering. Once installed, polyurethane products can be painted, stained, or faux finished. Because of the ability of the molding process to accommodate complex molds, polyurethane is better suited than other materials for detailed, decorative trim and complicated shapes.

PVC

PVC is a durable high-density plastic for interior or exterior use that won't rot, split or chip, and will never absorb water. It has a workability comparable to white pine, requires only standard woodworking tools, and can be field trimmed. Non load-bearing use only. PVC is best suited for applications that require straight lengths of trim, milled profiles, or use close to the building grade.

Wood

Natural pine trimwork provides a traditional and beautiful finish for any structure. The exterior wood products we supply are pressure-treated, water- and pest-resistant, and primed with a paint-ready finish.
